COOKING LESSONS
Plant-based cooking is remarkably easy to learn, and delivers all sorts of unexpected payoffs. While most hobbies drain your bank account, learning to cook will save you piles of cash and improve your health at the same time! Home-cooked dishes cost a small fraction of what you’d pay for restaurant meals.
Learning how to prepare delicious meals, gives you absolute control over what goes into your meals.
Great meals begin with great ingredients. Nutritionist will provide you a grocery shopping list.

This program is build on the foundation of Nutrition!
DIET ANALYSIS
Learning how to EAT FOR LONGEVITY is key to optimal health and wellness. The Nutritionist will gather information about your current eating plan in order to understand your dietary needs. Nutritionist will analyze the nutritional value of the foods you eat and guide you in adjusting your diet to reach your personal health goals. You will also gain an understanding of how eating certain nutrients found in food can impact your life.
This program will empower and provide you with tools to make the best food choices for optimal health, based on your personalized diet analysis!
What's Included:
- Weekly Instructional Video Lessons - Self-paced to be viewed before weekly group coaching session.
- Weekly Group Coaching Online ZOOM platform. Mondays @ 7pm EST
- One-on-one Coaching & Individual Client Health History Pre-Assessment. (2 sessions) - A link will be provided for scheduling.
Week 1 - We will review together your "Health History Questionnaire" AND "Diet Analysis" instructions will be provided once you sign up. This session will help you set your health goals.
Week 12 - We will review your progress, and Coach Deborah will provide guidance for the future.
